The Investiture Ceremony of the Boys’ High School (BHS) and College was held on Tuesday, 15th October 2024. Col Praveen KumarS, Commanding Officer, 6 UP Girls Bn NCC was the Chief Guest. The function is of great importance as the school confers ceremonial ranks to the students to inculcate in them values of leadership and responsibility.
The chief guest Col Praveen Kumar emphasized that rank is not a reward but a responsibility. It is after the duty attached has been sincerely and honestly discharged is when we should seek reward. He recalled his days from being a young student to become a decorated soldier and how focus along with grasping opportunity at the right time made his career a successful one.
